Fundamental Food Safety Training for Food Business

Free Food Safety Training sessions are available throughout the year for Food Businesses operating within Eastern Health Authority Council Areas.

Sessions are aimed at introducing the fundamental food safety principles to new staff or those who may want to refresh their food safety knowledge.

Next session to be held in May 2025.

Eastern Health Authority will be hosting the next Food Safety Training session in May 2025.

These sessions are free to our notified businesses and are designed to introduce basic food handling principles to food handlers.
